On accessing this website, you agree and consent to our terms stated throughout with regards to the So...Smile LTD conditions and product usage. It is solely your responsibility as the online user of the website to check for any updates or alterations to the conditions here at So...Smile LTD. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

So...Smile observe a strict privacy policy, for all who are involved in working with the company must abide by.

So...Smile under no circumstance will not disclose information of its customers or manufactures to any third party unless ordered by law. In the case of company sale the customers information will be transferred appropriately and privately to the new and rightful owner of So...Smile LTD.

Product Availability

So...Smile Aim to maintain the volume of all stock advertised on this site at all times. On the rare occasion that certain products online at So...Smile are currently out of stock, So...Smile will not be responsible for your desired item being unavailable at the time of your purchase, however rest assure that our online team will be doing everything they can to maintain and replace the product stock levels. If any website malfunctions or problems should occur at the time of your purchase So...Smile retains the rights to rectify any issues. If any website malfunctions results in your order being terminated, when notified of the issue So...Smile is notified will then work with our website provider to see that this is resolved quickly and effectively so that the customer can repurchase their order or be refunded if needed.

So...Smile Reserves the rights to the length of promotions across the website and social pages, the company are able to change or update the promotional prices or length of a deal at any time subject to stock availability.

Conditions of So...Smile product use

The results of these products are not guaranteed by So...Smile, due to the difference in each individuals teeth, the desired result could take more time for you than another user. This product will not whiten any cosmetic dental fixtures such as crowns, veneers, implants etc.

Good oral hygiene, maintenance and often use of these products will determine better results, whitening is a ongoing beauty process and will need to be topped up depending on what kind of foods you consume which cause staining.

We advise you consult your doctor/dentist before the use of whitening products as we cannot be liable for each individuals health problems or concerns. This website does not provide specialist medical advise and is for the sale of So...Smile products only. By purchasing and using So…Smile products you are accepting the risks within whitening and So...Smile will not be responsible for any problems/complications that may occur with the use of products after purchase.

We do not recommend use of whitening products if:

  • You are pregnant
  • Suffer from periodontitis (gum disease)
  • Gums in a poor condition
  • Have oral prosthetics
  • Have health problems
  • Decayed teeth/cavities
  • Undergoing orthodontic treatment (braces)
  • Exposed dentine
  • Weak/thin enamel
  • Allergic to the whitening ingredients (users responsibility to check this before use).
  • Heightened tooth sensitivity
  • undergoing a oral surgery
  • if you GP or Dentist has advised against any whitening.
  • Recommended for 18 years and over.

PLEASE NOTE: all ingredient’s in the products are listed at the time of order. It remains the user’s responsibility to ensure you are not allergic to ANY of the ingredients inside the gel or product before using.

Untracked postage (UK standard 2ND CLASS) - no tracking information available with this order.

Tracked postage (UK confirmed) - parcel tracked through to customer receiving the goods.

So…Smile will not be responsible for:

  • Loss or damage of a parcel
  • Incorrect postal information
  • Missing untracked parcels
  • Returns of unclaimed post
  • Return of incorrect address

Using untracked postage is at the customers own risk and So…Smile cannot be liable for missing items once they have been dispatched as they are untraceable. We will however do our best to help trace a missing parcel but if untracked it is only the customers duty to follow this up with the courier.

For any rejected parcels it is the customers responsibility to contact So..Smile UK by emailing info@sosmile.co.uk to rearrange delivery of the products, the customer will also be liable for any further postage costs as a result of this.

Returns Policy

This returns policy applies to all off our So...Smile customers.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

We have created a 10 days returns policy to enable you to return products to us ONLY if the Product is defective. your refund will be given at the original purchase price and made to you by your original method of payment.

The customer will be responsible for their own postal costs.

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product

The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with all product contents including instructions and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new

Partially returned items will not be accepted.

The LED light and mouth tray must not have been used

The returns form is sent along with the product with all customer information provided

You comply with the returns procedure set out by So…Smile
