This returns policy applies to all off our So...Smile customers.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
We have created a 10 days returns policy to enable you to return products to us if the Product is defective. Your refund will be given at the original purchase price and made to you by your original method of payment, less the postage costs.
The customer will be responsible for their own postal costs.
On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
We receive the returned product within 10 days following the date of delivery of the product
The returned product is unused, in its original packaging with all product contents including instructions and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
Partially returned items will not be accepted.
The LED light and mouth tray must not have been used
The returns form is sent along with the product with all customer information provided
